My Green Directory started life as allthingseco.co.uk in 2006 as an eco directory supporting and promoting businesses, organisations and individuals with products, services & information that genuinely follow environmentally friendly, sustainable, fair-trade, organic, natural, ethical and socially responsible principles.

Since the early days there have been many additions including our news section, plus events and offers sections giving you a complete eco resource.  We also now have mobile apps for you to get all our info on your phone!  Download our iPhone app or Android app now!

In April this year you will also be able to pick up a copy of our annual paperback directory - the green pages will be be distributed across the UK, plus you can reserve a digital copy now.

The sole purpose of this site has always been to help and inspire the environmentally conscious. We aim to bring to light green companies, green issues & green lifestyle choices - basically promoting all things eco!  We want to help towards a more environmentally aware, sustainably sound future - giving green living a helping hand with a site full of resource respectful products and climate adaption technologies.

environmental/ethical values

We adhere to and only list and promote those that follow our Listing Critera.  All listings are manually authorised - an automatic registration is not available as we need to check registering companies for their values.

We practice what we preach:

***Our offices run on green electricity

***We use recycled paper, but prefer to keep to an email contact basis only

***We reduce, reuse, recycle where-ever possible

***We donate 5% of all all paperback advertising sales to The Woodland Trust

***We support responsible, fair and sustainable trading practice

***We have active care for the environment

***Wish to promote socially responsible activities

***Whilst we make every effort to make sure companies listed do adhere to our guidelines, we will remove any companies that have made false claims.
